In Ukraine, women with medical or pharmaceutical education will be enrolled in military service without their personal presence

On July 30, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision on the automatic registration of women who have a medical or pharmaceutical education, without the need for their personal presence. About this reported representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
Changes have been made to a number of normative acts, in particular to the procedure for keeping military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, regulations on the work of territorial recruitment and social support centers, as well as the procedure for conducting mobilization during a special period.
Among the innovations are streamlining of personal and primary military accounting in local self-government bodies, updating the list of reporting documentation and bringing the forms of accounting lists into compliance with the data of military accounting documents.
In particular, for women with appropriate education, a clear algorithm of actions for educational institutions and territorial recruiting centers is provided, and the entry of their data into the Unified State Register of Conscripts “Oberig” has been improved.
It is also provided that persons who have reached the age of 25 and have not completed military service or basic training will automatically be assigned the primary military rank of “soldier (sailor) reserve” at the same time as being registered – without being called to recruitment centers.
