Musk spoke at Trump’s rally and expressed his support for him

American billionaire Elon Musk took part in Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was assassinated in the summer. During his speech, Musk expressed his support for Trump, emphasizing the importance of his victory in the elections, because, according to him, the Republican’s competitors are trying to deprive citizens of freedom of speech.
These statements were made during the live broadcast broadcasting rally Donald Trump presented Musk as a “great gentleman” and a person who “protected freedom of speech”, noting that thanks to SpaceX, the United States has the ability to send astronauts into space.
Musk said in response that the true test of a person’s character is his behavior “under fire.” He compared the two political leaders, saying one president “can’t walk down the stairs” while the other “shakes his fist after an assassination attempt.”
Musk also emphasized the importance of the upcoming election, calling it “the most important of our lifetime,” because, according to him, Trump’s opponents want to take away citizens’ right to free speech and to own weapons.
“President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America.”, — said Musk.
Trump, in turn, has promised that the US will land on Mars by the end of his second term if he is re-elected.
Bloomberg previously reported that Elon Musk has already financially supported Trump’s election campaign, although the exact amount was not known. The Wall Street Journal also noted that Musk plans to allocate $45 million monthly to support the “American Coalition Election Committee” (America PAC), which supports Trump. However, Musk himself denied these data, noting that the amount is much smaller.
