On the initiative of Ukraine, a special meeting of the Permanent Council of the OSCE was held on Tuesday, April 8, in response to the terrorist act committed by Russia in Kryvyi Rih on April 4, 2025.

“Foreign delegations to the OSCE strongly condemned the Russian missile attack that claimed 20 lives, including 9 innocent children, and honored their memory with a minute of silence.” – says the message.

The statement also emphasizes Ukraine’s gratitude for support from international partners:

“The readiness of the international community to stand side by side with Ukraine in the fight against the Russian invaders is important for defending our sovereignty and achieving a just peace.”
