People’s Deputy Dubinsky boasted of sports achievements in the pre-trial detention center

People’s deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky, who is accused of treason, told, who exercises every day in the cell of the detention center.

According to him, he started the intensified training regime from the middle of February 2024.

“I train every day, in January I missed two days – purely for health reasons. I do 8 thousand for training on a pedometer. steps On camera”, – said the deputy.

He also said that he performs various physical exercises that allowed him to lose 16 kilograms.

“Four “circles”. In each: 500 rope; 25 push-ups; 40 direct blows with a load of 3 kg; 40 lateral with a load of 3 kg; shoulder lift in front of you with a load of 7 kg; shoulder abduction with a load of 7 kg – 20 times. 

Biceps with a load of 7 kg – 20 repetitions, with a load of 9 kg – 15 repetitions; bench press for triceps – 20 repetitions; trapeze with a load of 12 kg per hand – 20 repetitions; reproduction with the simultaneous release of tennis balls into the wall – 100 repetitions; two exercises for the press. “Dumbbells” – water bottles”Dubinsky said.

It will be recalled that on November 13, 2023, People’s Deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky was charged with treason and participation in a criminal organization. According to the investigation, he was a member of a criminal group created by the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. Dubinsky was engaged in spreading disinformation about the higher military and political leadership of Ukraine.

In 2024, the SBI completed the investigation into the case of treason of members of this organization, which included Dubinsky. Investigators established that together with ex-Nardeput Andriy Derkach and former prosecutor Kostyantyn Kulyk, he performed the tasks of the Russian special services. In particular, they organized events aimed at discrediting Ukraine in the international arena.
