“Reserve+” launched beta testing of electronic referral to the military medical complex

On January 23, beta testing for receiving an electronic referral for the military medical commission began in the “Rezerv+” mobile application. About this reported Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov.
“We are taking the first step towards the digitalization of military medical commissions. We are starting beta testing of a new service – electronic referral to VLK – in the “Rezerv+” application. Today, conscripts are forced to receive paper referrals at TCC, wasting time in queues. will become much simpler and more convenient”, says the message.
The right to priority examination of the military medical commission is granted to citizens who have expressed a desire to undergo an examination on their own initiative. Citizens who have received a summons to pass the VLK will be sent for examination after those who have applied independently.
“The next step will be the integration of the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health. From the fall of 2025, it will be possible to independently choose a medical institution that has a contract with the National Health Service in “Rezerv+” to undergo a suitability review. Digitization is a transparent, fair and convenient system, which simplifies the lives of our citizens. We are changing the approach to the work of the VLK step by step, creating comfortable conditions for all Ukrainians.” – said the minister.
