Russian UAVs attacked Kharkiv, Sumy and Dnipro: buildings were damaged, there were no casualties

On the night of January 26, Russian troops launched a new attack on Kharkiv, striking a private house in the Osnovyansk district. By in words Mayor Igor Terekhov, as a result of the impact, the windows, roof and part of the building were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Emergency services are on the scene to assess the damage and help eliminate the consequences of the attack.

The attack on Kharkiv was not the only one. At the same time, Russian drones struck the city of Sumy. According to the city council, the explosions damaged the building of an educational institution, an apartment building and administrative buildings. There are no casualties. As Sumy OVA reports, air defense forces shot down 7 enemy Shaheds over Sumy Oblast. No casualties among the civilian population were recorded.

Local residents also heard explosions in Dnipro around 11:00 p.m. According to preliminary data, two explosions damaged an educational institution building, an apartment building and administrative premises in Sumy.

The Air Force of Ukraine warned about the threat of drone attacks, which was confirmed at night. Specialist services are working at the places of explosions, which deal with the elimination of consequences and fixing the damage.

Authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant, follow safety rules during air alerts and stay in shelters in the event of a threat of new attacks.
