Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishyna stated, that the Ukrainian and American teams reached the final stage of negotiations regarding the agreement on Ukrainian minerals.
Stefanishyna noted that the negotiations “were very constructive” and that “almost all key details have already been agreed.”
“Ukrainian and American teams are in the final stages of negotiations regarding the agreement. We aim to complete them as soon as possible in order to proceed to the signing of the agreement in Washington.” – said the Deputy Prime Minister.
She emphasized that this will be a confirmation of “our commitment to cooperation for security and prosperity for decades to come.”
We will remind that on February 23, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, reported on a productive round of negotiations with the American side regarding the agreement, which provides for giving Washington a share in the mineral resources of Ukraine.
