Stricter curfew introduced in Konstantinovka

From October 7, a strengthened curfew has been introduced in the city of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region. The restrictions will last from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. This was reported by the head of the Konstantinov military administration, Serhiy Gorbunov comments “Society”.

According to Gorbunov, about 18,000 people remain in the city, including 440 children. Forced evacuation of families with children has been announced in Kostyantynivka.

“The pension fund has left, obstetrics and gynecology is closing, pediatrics — we are taking all the babies out, but for now the hospitals are still working, people are receiving help. The bank is closing, it is also moving, the nearest branch will be open in Druzhkivka.”, – noted Gorbunov.

The head of the MBA also added that Kostyantynivka is 10 km from the front line, which causes increased danger.

Meanwhile, Russian forces continue offensive operations in Donetsk region. RF troops occupied the village of Nevsky and advanced in a number of other settlements in the region. In particular, Russian forces deployed an army corps and additional tank units to storm the city of Selidove. According to the serviceman of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and political scientist Kyrylo Sazonov, the occupiers shifted the focus of their efforts to the south of Pokrovsk. Active hostilities also continue in Toretsk, New York and Chasovoy Yar districts.
