The TCC conducts the mobilization of employees even in the presence of reservation documents. About such cases reported Oleksandr Fedienko, member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
“As a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, I receive many appeals from both citizens and organizations regarding the illegal actions of the TCC. I am forced to state that a new trend has emerged – TCC employees are forcibly mobilizing employees who have documents confirming their reservation. The argumentation is always similar – the data is not available in the “Oberig” system, and paper documents are not recognized.” – he noted.
For confirmation, the deputy gave concrete examples. One of the cases happened on November 18, when the employees of the communication provider fulfilled their duties, leaving Mukachevo for the village of Solotvino in Transcarpathia to restore the communication line. They were stopped at a checkpoint in Nizhnya Apsha by employees of Tyachiv TCC.
One of the employees, despite the availability of reservation documents, was immediately sent to Uzhhorod. After moving between different military units, this employee’s reservation was recognized only on November 20, and on November 21 he was returned to Tyachiv TCC.
Another incident occurred on October 29, when the provider’s team was returning from an official mission in the Kharkiv region. On the way, they were stopped by employees of Slobid TCC. According to Fedienko, these persons did not introduce themselves and were wearing balaclavas.
