The Armed Forces of Ukraine pushed back the Russian army near Temyrivka, Zaporizhia region: Khortytsia Special Forces Unit

In the direction of Novopavlivsk, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repulsed Russian troops who were trying to advance in the direction of Temyrivka settlement in the Zaporizhzhia region. About this reported Viktor Tregubov, spokesman for the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of troops.

According to the spokesman, Russian troops really tried to attack in the direction of Temyrivka, but Ukrainian units forced them to retreat to their previous positions. At the same time, a serviceman of one of the brigades defending the positions in this direction said anonymously that the sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the enemy are systematically trying to gain a foothold in the settlement.

“They penetrate, they are destroyed, they penetrate, they are destroyed. They try to penetrate, to gain a foothold, but they are constantly destroyed. They penetrate mostly not through our defense line, but through the eastern one. The situation is tense, but for now we are holding our positions.” – said the soldier.

We will remind, on July 29, the Institute for the Study of War reported, that in the Gulyaipil direction Russian forces probably advanced near Temyrivka:

“Geolocation videos released on July 29 show Russian troops raising a flag in Temyrivka, indicating that Russian forces may have captured Temyrivka. On July 28 and 29, Russian forces attacked northeast of Gulyaipol near Zeleni Pol and Temyrivka.”

In the Orihiv region, the Russian army continues its offensive in the districts of Kamianskyi, Plavniv, and Stepnohirsk.
