The Army+ app launched a survey on attitudes to military service

The Ministry of Defense launched a new survey in the “Army+” application regarding the attitude of servicemen to service. About this reported Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
“With Army+, we proved that changes in the army are possible. All that is needed is a platform where you can share your opinion. Today, an important survey was launched, in which I urge you to participate, as it will directly affect the reforms. This is a great opportunity to highlight the problem and begin to systematically correct it,” – the message says.
The survey consists of 16 questions and is conducted by the Main Directorate for Response to Crisis Situations (GURKS). The goal is to identify the main problems of servicemen and determine the priority issues for resolution.
The survey will last for three weeks, all responses are anonymous. Among the questions are the age of the respondent, the circumstances of entering the army, the length of service, as well as the longest period of stay in the combat zone without rest.
Military personnel are also offered to rate on a scale from 1 to 5:
- Level of psychological support;
- Quality of combat support;
- The attitude of the immediate commander to the personnel;
- Timeliness and sufficiency of the supply of weapons and ammunition;
- Provision of transport and means of tactical medicine in the unit.
We will remind that since the launch of the “Army+” application, 11 surveys have been conducted in it, which have collected more than 200,000 responses. On average, about 20,000 users participate in surveys. The survey regarding the development of the servicemen’s support program “Plus” became the most popular – it was completed by almost 45,000 servicemen.
