The Cabinet of Ministers allowed booking 100% of employees of enterprises critical to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The government adopted a decision that allows reservation of 100% of employees of enterprises critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. About this reported Ministry of Economy.
The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the Order of reservation of conscripts, which expand the possibilities of retaining personnel at enterprises that ensure the defense capability of the state during martial law. Changes to the rules provide for wider opportunities to preserve the personnel potential at such enterprises.
In particular, provision is made for the reservation of 100% of conscripted employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations recognized as critical for meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
Special conditions have been introduced for enterprises that protect the facilities of the fuel and energy complex: they can use any of the three established criteria without the mandatory presence of an average salary of at least 20 thousand hryvnias and without requirements regarding the absence of tax arrears. Also, for such enterprises, the requirement regarding the level of the average monthly salary of reserved employees has been abolished.
“This decision allows the state to respond more flexibly to the needs of defense and to support the smooth functioning of enterprises that play a critical role in the livelihood of the population and the protection of the country.” – noted Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaly Kindratov.
