The Cabinet of Ministers allowed the reservation of all clergymen

All conscript clergymen are now subject to reservation in accordance with the approved list of positions determined by the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience (DESS). There were corresponding changes entered by the Cabinet of Ministers to Resolution No. 76, which regulates the reservation procedure.
Thus, the clergy received a status equal to the ultimate beneficial owners of critical enterprises, members of supervisory boards and employees of foreign diplomatic institutions.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the list of institutions critically important for the economy and the livelihood of the population, including religious organizations. These organizations are now equated to representative offices of donor institutions and executors of international technical assistance projects.
Clergy, as well as prosthetists such as prosthetists, prosthetists, and prosthetists, will not be subject to the reservation limit of no more than half the workforce. Also, for legal entities — religious organizations — the salary limit of 20,000 hryvnias for reservation purposes has been removed.
