The court arrested the heads of the Boryspil and Buchansky TCCs without the right to bail: all the details

The heads of the Boryspil and Buchansky TCCs, as well as their accomplice, will be held in custody without the right to bail. They are suspected of facilitating military service evaders and illegal enrichment. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office in comments “RBK-Ukraine” publication.

The Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv, at the request of the prosecutors, chose a preventive measure in the form of detention without the possibility of bail for all three suspects. The Prosecutor General’s Office also noted that a petition has been submitted to the court to seize the money seized during the searches.

We will remind that on August 16, the SBU detained the heads of two TCCs of the Kyiv region and their accomplice, who are suspected of illegal enrichment in the amount of more than 1 million dollars. According to the case file, the heads of the Buchansk and Boryspil TCCs, Leonid Vykochko and Serhiy Rusin, organized a draft evasion scheme, receiving $37,000 from one client.

Searches of the suspects’ homes turned up more than $1.2 million hidden in walls and underground, as well as an arsenal of weapons. The investigation established that those involved offered conscripts false documents stating that they were unfit for service due to their health, which allowed them to avoid mobilization.
