The court ordered the SBI to open a case against Poroshenko’s lawyer

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv ordered the State Bureau of Investigation to open criminal proceedings against Petro Poroshenko’s lawyer Ihor Golovan. The reason for this decision was the suspicion of evading military service during martial law. About this informs “Law and business”.
According to the court’s decision, the SBI must enter relevant information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations based on the statement of the lawyer O.V. Isaevskaya from August 6, 2024.
In the complaint, Isaevska noted that Golovan was declared unfit for military service by the decision of the military medical commission in Kyiv due to the presence of diseases. However, according to Isaevska, Golovan does not have any relevant diseases, and the decision of the VLK was made on the basis of falsified documents to ensure his evasion of military duty.
Isaevska also believes that other relatives of Golovan, in particular M.V. Golovan, V.I. Golovan, may try to evade service in a similar way. and Shelyakin E.
Due to the fact that the SBI did not open proceedings immediately, Isaevska appealed to the court, which obliged the bureau to start an investigation.
