The date of arrival for a medical examination was entered into electronic referrals to the military medical commission in “Reserve+”: Ministry of Defense

The date of arrival for a medical examination will now be indicated in electronic referrals to the VLK in the “Reserve+” application. This will simplify the process of passing the commission for conscripts, allowing you to avoid unnecessary visits to the TCC, paperwork and queues. About this reported Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
“Electronic referrals to the VLC in “Rezerv+” now contain the date of arrival for a medical examination. This will apply specifically to new referrals generated in the latest version of the application. The update will allow you to go through the commission without unnecessary visits to the TCC, papers and long queues.” – Chernogorenko explained.
According to her, conscripts will be able to immediately arrive at a specified medical facility on a specified date and undergo an examination within a clearly defined time frame.
In addition, electronic referrals have become available to all conscripts — both those who independently initiate the commission and those who have already received a paper summons to the VLK. You can make a referral by submitting a request to “Reserve+”.
We would like to remind that from January 28, 2025, Ukrainian conscripts and reservists began to receive electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission (MMC) through the Rezerv+ application.
