The first 150 military couples registered their marriage out of turn through Army+

The first 150 military couples took advantage of the opportunity to register their marriage out of turn through the Army+ application in Diya. The new digital service allows you to independently choose a convenient date and time of the wedding, thanks to which 150 new Ukrainian families have already been officially formed. the first 10 couples will receive gifts from the partners of the initiative — a romantic vacation in the Carpathians and jewelry. “Our team is happy that the service has found a response among users and that now 150 new families have officially appeared in Ukraine. We wish them happiness and love. And the first 10 couples who got married will receive gifts from our partners: 5 – a weekend at the IZKI eco-resort, and another 5 – certificates for couples’ engagement rings from the KIMBERLI jewelry house.” – said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
In order to apply for marriage, men and women defenders need to use the “Services” section in the Army+ application. After the consent of the chosen person, Diya offers available dates and times for the ceremony.
On the day of the wedding, a link to a video call appears in the application, through which marriage registration takes place, lasting up to 30 minutes. To participate, both parties need to have digital documents — an ID card or a foreign passport in Diya — and a verified tax number.
The cost of the wedding includes: video ceremony (1,016 hryvnias on weekdays), state duty (85 kopecks) and bank commission (1.44% of the amount of the duty). After the process is completed, a digital marriage certificate appears in Diya. If the spouses wish, they can order a paper version of the document — its delivery costs UAH 390 to each address, and it is carried out by Ukrposhta or a courier.
