The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the transition to the digital format of conducting tenders for internal bus routes, which will now take place through the carrier’s online office. About this reported Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories.
“We are digitizing the tender procedure for internal routes. We are talking about interregional routes, for which the Ministry of Development is holding a tender. At the government meeting, amendments to Resolution No. 1081 were approved. The submission of documents for the tender and its conduct will take place through the carrier’s online office in the Unified Information Systems Complex (UECI)”. – the message says.
The first digital contests will take place four months after the publication of the resolution. The Ministry of Reconstruction, together with Ukrtransbezpeka, is developing a procedure that will comply with the resolution and ensure that contests are held through the carrier’s online office.
“The existing procedure for holding tenders for internal routes contains a number of problems, but the main thing is that it does not meet the requirements of time and does not allow for prompt response to demand, the need for transport connections.
Along with the bureaucratized procedure, there is regulation, non-compliance with the modern conditions of transport organizations and the presence of corruption risks”, – said Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Communities and Territories Development.
