The leaders in terms of salaries are the NACP, the AMCU and the Verkhovna Rada Staff: Ministry of Finance
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on the reform of the remuneration of civil servants in general (draft law No. 8222). In accordance with data of the dashboard of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, among the leaders in terms of salaries were NAKC, AMCU and the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada.
The average salaries of the management of state bodies for January 2025 were:
- State Financial Monitoring – 423.5 thousand. UAH
- Secretariat of the National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council – 232.3 thousand UAH
- National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) – 230.9 thousand. UAH
- State Tax Service – 211.9 thousand UAH
- State Tourism Development Agency – 202.6 thousand UAH
- Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada – 198,500 UAH
- The National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the field of energy and communal services – 187.2 thousand. UAH
Regarding the salaries of heads of structural units, the highest average payments were received by:
- NAZK – 101.5 thousand UAH
- Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) – 100.3 thousand UAH
- Ministry of Digital Transformation – 87.2 thousand UAH
- State administration of affairs – 82.5 thousand. UAH
- Ministry of Justice – 82.3 thousand UAH
- Ministry of Finance – 82,000 UAH
- National commission for regulation in the field of energy and communal services – 79.7 thousand. UAH
- The apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada – 79.4 thousand. UAH
In the patronage service category (assistants), the leaders in terms of average salaries were:
- The apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada – 81.9 thousand. UAH
- Accounting Chamber – 75.4 thousand UAH
- Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers – 74.3 thousand UAH
As for ordinary specialists, the average salaries for January 2025 were:
- NAZK – 60.2 thousand UAH
- AMKU – 57.7 thousand UAH
- National commission for regulation in the field of energy and communal services – 56.9 thousand. UAH
- State Tax Service – 53.8 thousand UAH
- Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada – 49,900 UAH
We will remind that on March 12, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law 6506-1 on raising the salaries of police officers to 30 thousand hryvnias.
