The Ministry of Defence handed over another 70,000 summonses to Ukrposhta

With the help of the Register of Conscripts, the Ministry of Defense created 70,000 summonses, which were sent to Ukrposhta to notify conscripted citizens.
This is reported by Ukrainian Military Pages sources in these departments.
The summons generated by the registry are signed by the electronic signatures of the heads of the TCC and have a QR code, which can be checked using a smartphone camera and the “Rezerv+” application if desired.
At the same time, according to the information available at the UMP, some problems were found in the algorithms for generating subpoenas. In particular, summonses are issued to conscripts with reservation or postponement, as well as to those who, according to the same register, have already been called up for military service. Currently, it is not known how the summons selection mechanism works, but it was previously stated that it could be the principle of a “lottery” — a so-called “randomizer” that will randomly choose among conscripts who meet the requirements for mobilization.
