The Ministry of Defense announced the number of Ukrainians who updated their data through “Reserve+”

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, as of the morning of May 18, 2024, 150,000 conscripts have successfully logged in and updated their data in the Reserve+ mobile application. Hundreds of thousands of other requests are in the queue for processing.

At the Ministry of Defense point out that the application is protected from cyberattacks, however, temporary delays in the operation of the authorization function are possible. The technical team works around the clock to ensure the stable operation of the application and respond to the needs of users.

However, users of the app on both Android and iOS are reporting performance issues. This may be due to the number of people wanting to update the data, which overloads the application server. During authorization, users may see a message that “something strange has happened”.

We remind you that the deadline for updating the information of conscripts is 60 days. You can download “Rezerv+” from the App Store or Google Play.
