The Ministry of Defense codified the robotic “Donkey”

Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out codification and granted permission for operation in units of the Armed Forces to the ground-based robotic complex “Vislyuk”. The complex is designed to perform a wide range of combat and auxiliary tasks.
“Donkey” was created at the request of the Ukrainian military in several modifications. Its functionality covers logistics operations, evacuation of the wounded, engineering demining, installation of barriers. The platform is also suitable for transporting relay towers, combat modules and surveillance systems – both day and night.
The compact design allows the complex to be transported in the body of a minibus or on a carriage. Thanks to electric motors and metal tracks, the complex demonstrates high passability even in difficult conditions: on sand, swamp or off-road. The carrying capacity of “Donkey” is up to 200 kg. In addition, its electric motors have enough power for evacuation – for example, pulling out a car stuck in a swamp.
The control system is protected from radio-electronic warfare, and if necessary, the complex can be equipped with an optical fiber communication channel. The robot is able to work in any weather conditions, and its batteries provide several hours of continuous movement at maximum speed.
