The Ministry of Defense launches an electronic queue for visiting TCCs and joint ventures

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is preparing for the introduction of an electronic queue for conscripts who plan to visit territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP).
This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Kateryna Chornogorenko in ether “Radio Liberty”.
According to her, the implementation of the electronic queue is expected in the near future. Currently, consultations are ongoing with the TCC regarding the implementation of the new system.
“I think that in the near future we will be able to deploy an electronic queue for visiting TCCs and JVs. I think we will do it quite quickly. At least, the Ministry of Defense team is already working on it“, Chornohorenko noted.
She emphasized that the introduction of the electronic queue is a “reaction” to the challenges that arose after the adoption of the new law on mobilization.
“The huge queues that we can observe now are caused, in particular, by the approval of the mobilization law, which imposes on conscripts the obligation to update their data.”, – explained the deputy minister.
She assured that the Ministry of Defense “will react and correct the situation very quickly.” The agency will make every effort to implement electronic queues as soon as possible, but specific dates have not been announced at this time.
