The Ministry of Defense is trying to make the process of interaction of conscripts with the TCC and SP easier. The Ministry announced that Ukrainians will be able to contact the TCC convenient for them to resolve issues, even if they are not registered in this region. Currently, in cases where a conscript has inaccuracies or errors in his registration data, he needs to contact “his” TCC to make changes. However, in the future, this model is planned to be changed — to untie TCC from territorial attachment.
“According to our scenario, it will be enough for a person to come to the TCC convenient for him, inform that he lives nearby, declare his place of residence here, enter new data. And that’s it.” – noted Chernogorenko.
In this case, the operators of the “Oberig” register at the TCC, to which the citizen applied, will be able to access his data regardless of the place of official registration.
“For this, it is necessary to pass a law and obtain consent for the transfer of the medical data set from the Ministry of Health. If everything goes according to this plan, by the end of 2025, a person will be able to go to any health care institution that has a contract with the National Health Service — and undergo an examination for fitness for military service by civilian doctors, wherever it is convenient for him, without unnecessary trouble.”, — concluded Chernogorenko.
