The Ministry of Economy has begun the selection of independent members of the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine announced the start of the competition for the selection of independent members of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company “Ukrzaliznytsia”. Documents will be accepted from May 19, 2025 to June 17, 2025 (until 18:00 Kyiv time). About this informs press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“The Supervisory Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” is a collegial body that manages the company within its competence, as well as controls and regulates the activities of the company’s board. In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the number of independent members of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” is 4 (four) persons and 3 (three) persons are representatives of the state. – says the message of the ministry.
The candidate for the position must have a high level of professional competence or expertise in areas related to the company’s activities. Requirements include higher education in logistics, finance, accounting and auditing, law, management, public administration, transport, engineering or economics. Management experience at the C-suite level or similar, professional activity in the infrastructure or transport fields, as well as fluency in Ukrainian and/or English are expected.
A professional consultant from “Boyden Ukraine” LLC (Boyden Global Executive Search), which is part of the international company Boyden Global Executive Search, specializing in the search and selection of management personnel, was involved in the selection.
