The Ministry of Finance has approved updated forms of tax declarations for single tax payers. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Finance.
The new declaration forms were approved by Order No. 57 dated January 31, 2025 and registered with the Ministry of Justice on February 14, 2025. In particular, the changes concern declarations for single tax payers – individual entrepreneurs, third group legal entities and fourth group single tax payers.
“These forms will enable taxpayers to determine military duty obligations and the amount of the minimum tax liability in accordance with the latest amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine”, – noted in the Ministry of Finance.
We will remind you that in January, Ukrainians submitted more than 16,000 tax returns. The total declared income amounted to 16.2 billion hryvnias, which is 17% or 2.3 billion hryvnias less than in January 2024. The 2024 income declaration campaign will last until May 1, 2025. Individuals who claim a tax discount must submit a declaration by December 31.
