The Ministry of Veterans Affairs dismisses the deputy minister for unethical behavior

An application has been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the dismissal of Ruslana Velychko-Trifonyuk from the post of Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration. The reason is information about her unethical behavior towards a civil servant of the department. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.
“The Ministry categorically condemns behavior that degrades the honor and dignity of a war veteran or any person, regardless of age, gender, nationality, social status, etc. and no circumstances can be an excuse.
Every employer, regardless of the form of ownership, must create appropriate conditions for the reintegration of a veteran at the workplace.” – says the message.
In connection with the published information, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs has launched an official investigation to clarify the circumstances and confirm the facts.
We will remind you that earlier, former military serviceman Yevhen Shibalov announced his decision to leave the Ministry of Veterans Affairs due to the humiliating attitude of the management. According to him, the department ignores the provisions of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, which guarantees civil servants the right to respect for their dignity.
