On the next attacks of the Russian Federation on Kharkiv reacted President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi:

“There were no military targets and could not be. Russia is hitting residential buildings just when Ukrainians are at home, when they are putting their children to bed. Only non-humans can give such orders and carry them out. As long as the world delays decisions, almost every night in Ukraine turns into a horror in which lives are lost. Ukraine needs to strengthen air defense. We need strong and real solutions from our partners: the United States, Europe, all our partners, who seek peace. Only force and sanctions will make Russia stop.”
