The Russian army attacked Kharkiv with drones and missiles: fires broke out, one person was injured
On the night of June 4, Kharkiv was subjected to a combined attack by Russian troops using missiles and drones. The strike was aimed at the Novobavarsky district of the city. Fires broke out, there is an injured person. About this reported Oleg Sinegubov, head of Kharkiv OVA.
“According to preliminary information, an enemy strike was recorded on the territory of a civilian enterprise in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv”, – says the message.
As a result of the shelling, a one-story industrial building was damaged, and a 30-year-old man was injured. The explosion of a kamikaze drone caused a fire in a private residential building with a total area of about 100 m². Another ignition was also recorded – on the territory of the technical service station, where the fire covered 200 m².
Rescuers and relevant services are working on the ground. The liquidation of the consequences continues, the information about the destruction and the victims is being clarified.
“To attack Kharkiv tonight, the enemy used 9 Shaheds and two missiles, the type of which is being determined. Fires broke out at four locations in the industrial zone, and a private house was also on fire. As of now, we know of one casualty in the Novobavar district. All relevant services and volunteers are working at the landing sites.” — clarified Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov.
In addition, a fire broke out in a residential building with an area of 250 m² in the village of Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv district. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties. Emergency services units and pyrotechnic teams are working on the spot. The fire is being extinguished.
