Between 00:34 and 01:41 on May 28, there were at least 16 explosions in Kharkiv that occurred in the region. Currently, eight victims are known. About this informs Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed, that the sounds of explosions came from the suburbs:
“The sounds of explosions that were heard in Kharkiv came from the suburbs.”
Later, Oleg Sinegubov clarified the consequences of the attack on Kharkiv region by Russian anti-aircraft missiles:
“The village of Vasishchevo (Kharkiv district, Bezlyudivska TG). 51-year-old, 43-year-old and 59-year-old men were injured as a result of the shelling. As well as a 4-year-old girl who had an acute reaction to stress.
The village of Eskhar (Chuguiv district, Novopokrovska TG). 63-year-old and 80-year-old men, and 63-year-old and 71-year-old women were injured as a result of the shelling.
The victims receive all the necessary medical assistance, specialized services work on the spot.
It will be recalled that on the evening of May 27, Russian troops attacked a company on the outskirts of Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, with a ballistic missile. The tractor driver was injured and was taken to a hospital in Nizhyn in serious condition. The equipment was damaged.
