The Russian army struck the city of Samar, Dnipropetrovsk region, with missiles: a fire broke out, there were dead and injured

On June 27, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the city of Samar in the Dnipropetrovsk region. A fire broke out at the site of the impact, and the dead and wounded are known. About this informs Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak.
“Unfortunately, there are dead and injured in the city of Samar due to a rocket attack. There was a fire. We are clarifying the information.” – says the message.
Later, Lysak specified that the number of dead had increased to four. 17 people were injured, the data is being updated. Rescue workers, medics and law enforcement officers are working at the scene. Most of the victims were taken to hospitals. The condition of two men and a woman is assessed as serious, the others are in a moderate condition. The authorities call on residents not to ignore the air warning signals and to take shelter immediately.
In recent weeks, Samar has repeatedly come under fire from Russian troops. In particular, on June 24, rockets hit various settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, including Samar. Deaths and injuries were also reported after that attack. In connection with the tragedy, the Day of Mourning was declared on June 25 in the region.
