The Russian Federation dropped aerial bombs on residential buildings in Kostiantynivka: there are dead and wounded

On February 19, the Russian army struck the residential quarter of Kostyantynivka, dropping six aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, one person was killed and seven others were injured. About this informs Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office.
First, the Russian aircraft made two strikes on the city, hitting residential buildings. As a result, three women and a 65-year-old man were injured, who were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds and contusion.
Later, the Russians carried out four more airstrikes, which fell on the private sector. Two female residents, aged 55 and 67, suffered concussions and concussions.
“Preliminarily, the enemy used 6 FAB-250 from UMPK. 4 apartment buildings and 34 private houses, power lines, gas pipelines and cars were damaged in the city.” – the message says.
The head of Donetsk OVA, Vadym Filashkin, clarified that the number of victims has increased to seven people, and also confirmed the death of one resident. According to him, one more person may remain under the rubble.
Under the procedural leadership of the Kostyantyniv District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings for the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
