The Russians hit Shostka with missiles, more than a dozen high-rise buildings were damaged

On December 31, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Shostkin community in Sumy Oblast, causing significant destruction. About this reported regional military administration.

As a result of the attack, 12 multi-story residential buildings, two educational institutions and several social infrastructure objects were damaged. By in words community leader Mykola Noga, part of the infrastructure has been completely destroyed, and emergency and rescue services are actively working on the ground.

“Please keep calm and do not ignore the air warning signals! It is necessary to be in shelters! Kindergarten schools are at home! Employees of all institutions are working remotely,” he noted.

The head of the community clarified that there is currently no information about the injured or the dead. All necessary services are engaged in the elimination of the consequences of the shelling, ensuring security and restoring critical services.
