The service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will undergo checks on the fact of detected fraud

It is planned to conduct an unscheduled inspection at the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which may lead to a complete replacement of the management staff. Similar changes are possible in other service centers throughout the country. About this reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs on December 4, responding to a journalistic investigation.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, service centers are preparing a large-scale reform of work processes. A working group has already been created, which will deal with the improvement of digital services of technical service centers (TSC).
“As for the management and officials of TSC No. 8041 in Kyiv, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has already turned to the NAKC with a request to conduct thorough monitoring of the lifestyle of the persons who appeared in the journalistic investigation.”, the ministry said.
Journalistic investigation revealed serious problems in the work of service centers, in particular, inefficient service to citizens. People are forced to spend the night in queues for exam tickets, and the electronic system works with interruptions. This created conditions for the activity of so-called “runners” who sell coupons for money, while the center’s employees use undeclared cars.
The National Police previously investigated the case against the management of TSC No. 8041 for creating an artificial shortage of coupons, which were then sold for 3-4 thousand hryvnias. However, no serious changes in the work of the center took place after that. In connection with the new revelations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs promises drastic measures to solve the problems.
