The state budget received UAH 480 million from the sale of the Kozatsky hotel

The State Property Fund has successfully completed the sale of the “Kozatskyi” hotel, located in the very center of Kyiv. The amount received, amounting to UAH 480,001,200, was fully transferred to the state budget. About this informs FSMU
The winner of the auction paid in 7 stages, completing the last payment on August 6. The total cost of the facility was UAH 400,001,000, of which UAH 80,000,200 is VAT. In addition, accounts payable to the budget in the amount of UAH 9,087,000 were repaid.

“The successful auction of small privatization once again proves the relevance of the sale of such objects. The renovated hotel will become more attractive for guests of the capital and will contribute to the development of the tourism industry”, — noted the head of the Federal State University Vitaliy Koval.
We will remind that three companies took part in competitive bidding for the Kozatsky hotel. The victory was won by the agricultural LLC “Nadia” with the highest price offer. Also participating in the bidding were “Injur” LLC, which offered 400 million hryvnias, and “Bashta Development” LLC with an offer of 385,555,000 hryvnias.
What is known about the Kozatsky hotel
Hotel “Kozatskyi” is a three-star hotel located on the street. Mykhailivska, with a facade facing Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The eight-story building, erected in 1983, occupies a plot of land with an area of 0.24 hectares with the right of permanent use.
The total area of the hotel is 9513 square meters. m. It has 135 rooms of various categories, from “economy” to “de luxe”. The hotel also has a cafe, a restaurant, five conference and banquet halls, as well as a parking lot.
On July 18, online auctions for the sale of the “Kozatskyi” hotel took place, during which the price of the object increased almost 2.6 times. Three participants took part in the auction, and the winner was Nadiya Agricultural LLC.
The main activity of “Nadia” LLC is the breeding of dairy cattle, according to YouControl. The company’s revenue for 2023 amounted to UAH 434 million, as reported on the analytical portal.
