The Verkhovna Rada withdrew from consideration the draft law on the responsibility of the CCC for illegal mobilization
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine removed from the agenda the draft law, which provided for the introduction of criminal liability for territorial procurement centers (TCC) for illegal mobilization. About this reported People’s Deputy Maksym Buzhanskyi.
The document provided for punishment for the mobilization of persons with reservations or deferrals, and also established the responsibility for medical commissions for declaring unfit for service as healthy.
“Dear Ukrainians, draft law 12442, which introduces criminal liability for the TCC for the illegal mobilization of those who have reservation and postponement, as well as for the VLK – for recognizing the obviously sick as absolutely healthy, was removed from the agenda of the next plenary week of the Verkhovna Rada at the request of the “Voice” faction. – says the message.
We will remind that on February 22, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement approved draft law No. 12442, which provided for up to 8 years of imprisonment for TCC employees for illegal mobilization of citizens. Also, the members of the VLK were to be punished for wrongly recognizing the sick as healthy and vice versa.
