Trump called Canada “one of the most vile countries”

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, called Canada “one of the most despicable countries” he has ever dealt with. That’s what he’s about stated in an interview with Fox News.
The American leader noted that he “dealt with many countries”, and Canada is “one of the most despicable with which I have dealt”. He also criticized representatives of former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, calling them “despicable” and adding that “they never told the truth.”
In addition, Trump repeated his statements that Canada “should become the 51st state” and criticized the country as a trading partner.
“They charge huge tariffs. When I went to different places in Iowa, in Nebraska, they always complained about Canada, how they were being ripped off. We have a very large deficit with Canada.” he added.
We will remind that on March 15, the new Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, speaking after his inauguration near Rideau Hall in Ottawa, said that his country will never become part of the United States.
“We will never, under any circumstances, be part of the United States. We are a very fundamentally different country.” – emphasized Carney.
