US President Donald Trump has ordered the start of the formation of a strategic cryptocurrency reserve, which will, in particular, include XRP, SOL and ADA tokens. About this informs Binance press office.
According to Trump, the creation of a US cryptocurrency reserve will help the development of this important industry after a long period of corruption pressure from the administration of the previous president Joe Biden.
“That is why my Digital Assets Executive Order directed the Presidential Task Force to move forward with the creation of a Cryptocurrency Strategic Reserve that includes XRP, SOL and ADA. I will see to it that the US becomes the cryptocurrency capital of the world. We’re making America great again!”, – he noted.
Although Trump did not mention Bitcoin in his statement, one of the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, its value increased by several percent within minutes.
