Ukraine is introducing “Diya.Kartka” for government payments

In Ukraine, “Diya.Kartka” is being introduced as a universal tool for state financial aid under various programs. About this reported Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko.

“Today, the government approved “Diya.Kartka”. This will change the system of state payments”, – said Svyridenko.

According to her, the new digital card will help the state to administer cash support programs more efficiently.

“Citizens will receive one convenient digital tool for accessing all types of aid, and the state will have a tool for controlling the targeted use of funds. This is especially important for the launch of such initiatives as “eMalyatko”, “eKnyga”, “Veteran sport” and soon “Student’s package”, which have a clear allocation of allocations. Also, Ukrainians will be able to receive payments on the “Diya.Kartka” for military bonds, unemployment benefits, support for internally displaced persons, pension payments and financial aid “, – emphasized the head of the government.

In December 2024, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced plans to launch “Diya.Kartka” as a single digital wallet for all types of government payments, including salaries, scholarships, social benefits and personal funds. The first payment that became available through this service was “eBook”.
