Poroshenko’s son received a fine for failing to appear at the CCC

Oleksiy, the son of MP and the fifth President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, who left Ukraine before the start of the full-scale invasion, must pay a fine for failing to appear on a military summons. About this informs “Informant”.

According to the document, Oleksiy Poroshenko did not appear at the Pechersk RTCC without valid reasons when summoned to clarify the data. As a result, he is obliged to pay a fine of 25,500 hryvnias.

“To find Oleksiy Petrovych Poroshenko guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for in Article 4.3 of Article 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine and to impose on him an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is 25,500 UAH.” – it is stated in the resolution of the head of Pechersk TCC and SP in Kyiv.

The document also warns that if the fine is not paid within 15 days of receiving the resolution, its amount will be doubled.

“In the event of non-payment of the fine within 15 days from the date of delivery of this resolution to the offender, collection of the fine shall be carried out in a compulsory manner in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in a double amount in the amount of UAH 51,000”, – stated in the document.
