According to the results of the tender, PrJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” ordered consulting services in the field of engineering and construction for the amount of UAH 8.28 million from “Ostriv” Consulting Company LLC regarding the calculation of damages from the shelling of the Russian Federation. it is said on the “Prozorro” website.
Within six months, the company must conduct a complex construction-technical, construction-evaluation, economic, electrical-technical, commodity and transport-commodity study, as well as assess damages in terms of value, the costs of restoring property destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, and determine the lost profit of “Ukrhydroenergo” in order to file lawsuits in court, including international ones.
It concerns a number of immovable and movable property objects and objects under construction of branches of “Dniprovska GE” (UAH 1.75 million), “Cascade of Kyiv HPPs and HPPs” (UAH 1.47 million), “Kremenchuk HPP” (UAH 2.03 million) and “Middle Dnieper HPP” (UAH 3.03 million). Among other things, the services provide an estimate of costs for the installation of protective structures and anti-drone/anti-drone protection systems of Ukrhydroenergo facilities.
LLC “Appraisal UA” offered a price a quarter lower, but its offer was rejected due to the failure to provide security for the tender application. Other participants with higher offers were “Advisory and Research” LLC and “Asset Expertise” LLC.
Kyiv-based “Ostriv Consulting Company” is owned by its director Serhiy Petenko and Yulia Amfitheatrova from Kyiv. She is also the owner of Simferopol LLC “Ostriv-Reyestr” together with Oleksiy Amfitheatarov from Kyiv.
