US received a list of conditions from Ukraine to end the war: Kellogg

Keith Kellogg, the US president’s special representative for Ukraine, said that Washington had received from Kyiv a list of conditions necessary to end the war. About this informs Fox News.

“We received a list of terms of the peace agreement from Kyiv, and we must receive them from Moscow. It is necessary to put pressure on Russia to force it to sit down at the negotiating table.” Kellogg said.

According to him, the United States advocated holding the next round of talks between Ukraine and Russia in the Vatican, but, according to him, “Moscow rejected it.”

Earlier, Russia announced its intention to hand Ukraine its own terms of a peace settlement after a large-scale exchange of prisoners in the “1000 for 1000” format, which lasted from Friday to Sunday. However, as of now, no official document from the Russian Federation has been provided.

We will remind that on May 16, 2025, tripartite negotiations between the delegations of Ukraine, the USA and Turkey took place in Istanbul. On the same day, a meeting was also held between the Ukrainian and Russian sides with the mediation of Turkey — these are the first direct talks between Kyiv and Moscow since 2022.
