Viber introduces new business tools: QR codes, product catalogs, and analytics

Rakuten Viber launches new features for small businesses in Ukraine, giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to create and manage for free business profiles their companies. These innovations are part of the global strategy of the super app, which has already successfully launched in other countries. Now this initiative is also available for Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

New business profiles allow companies to create a special page with information about their activities. Businesses can add their name, logo, business category, description, hours of operation, website link and contact information. These profiles will be available in Viber search, and users will be able to communicate directly with the company through private chats or subscribe to its updates.

“Rakuten Viber continues to develop tools for small businesses. The results we got after launching business accounts in Greece and the Philippines became an incentive for us to launch this solution in other countries as well. We want to provide small businesses with convenient and effective tools that will meet their needs.”Rakuten Viber CEO Ofir Eyal emphasized.

Viber emphasizes that 90% of consumers spend more money on brands that offer personalized solutions, and 88% of customers return to companies that provide quality service. The new features are designed to help small businesses improve their service level, expand their audience and interact effectively with customers. In Ukraine, Viber remains one of the most convenient and effective channels for business communication.
