On April 18, Ukraine returned the bodies of another 909 dead servicemen. They died while performing combat missions on eight front lines. About this informs the press service of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War. «According to the results of repatriation measures, the bodies of 909 fallen defenders were returned to Ukraine», — says the message. The return of the bodies of the dead was made possible thanks to the joint work of representatives of the Coordination Headquarters, the Joint Center under the SBU, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Office of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances, the State Emergency Service and other structures of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. «Special thanks to the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who carry out the transportation of repatriated fallen Heroes to designated state specialized institutions, organize the transfer of the deceased to representatives of law enforcement agencies in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and forensic medical examination in the system of the Ministry of Health. Investigators of law enforcement agencies, together with expert institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will establish the identities of the deceased as soon as possible,» the coordination headquarters said.
18 апреля Украина вернула тела еще 909 погибших военнослужащих. Они погибли, выполняя боевые задания на восьми направлениях фронта. Об этом сообщает прессслужба Координационного штаба по обращению с военнопленными.
«По результатам проведенных репатриационных мероприятий в Украину вернули тела 909 павших защитников», — говорится в сообщении.
Возвращение тел погибших стало возможным благодаря совместной работе представителей Координационного штаба, Объединенного центра при СБУ, Вооруженных Сил Украины, Министерства внутренних дел, Офиса Уполномоченного Верховной Рады по правам человека, Секретариата Уполномоченного по лицам пропавших без вести при особых обстоятельствах, ГСЧС и других.
«Отдельная благодарность личному составу Вооруженных Сил Украины, который осуществляет перевозку репатриированных павших Героев в определенные государственные специализированные учреждения, организует передачу погибших представителям правоохранительных органов в системе МВД и судебно-медицинской экспертизы в системе Минздрава. Следователями правоохранительных органов совместно с экспертными учреждениями» – отметили в координационном штабе.
