Владимир Путин заявил, что армия РФ якобы выполняет задачи по созданию «буферной зоны» на границе с Украиной. На это заявление отреагировало Министерство иностранных дел.
«Уже говорил, что было принято решение о создании необходимой буферной зоны безопасности вдоль границы. Наши вооруженные силы активно подавляют огневые точки противника, работа идет», – заявил Путин.
По его утверждению, русские военные уже занимаются реализацией этого плана. Никаких деталей по «буферной зоне» президент РФ не предоставил.
Позицию МИД Украины озвучил представитель ведомства Георгий Тихий:
«Но именно сейчас, в то время, когда Соединенные Штаты Америки, европейские партнеры, Украина призывают к мирному процессу, к полному длительному прекращению огня на 30 дней и более, такие заявления от Путина очень показательны. Они демонстрируют всему миру, что это лицо является единственной причиной или, как они говорят, причиной этой войны и единственной причиной».
