987 state bodies are connected to the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). About this reported head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (NADS) Nataliya Alyushina.
“As of May 19, 2025, 987 state bodies have been connected to HRMIS, which is 87% of their total number, more than 47,000 employee cards have been entered. Since the beginning of 2025, 219 bodies have been connected to HRMIS,” – the message says.
The head of the NADS informed about the preparation for the further implementation of the HRMIS system in accordance with the requirements of the Ukraine Facility. The government’s priority action plan for 2025 envisages that HRMIS should be implemented in 80% of ministries and other central executive bodies within a year.
The Ukraine Facility program also includes the reform of the system of remuneration of civil servants, the restoration of competitive selection for civil service, the launch of HRMIS and the renewal of the work of the Unified portal of civil service vacancies in 2025-2026.
The main task of the program is to improve the qualifications of civil servants aimed at mastering the processes of implementing the information system of human resources management in state bodies, systematizing and deepening the knowledge of users regarding the peculiarities of working with the personal HRMIS account, increasing the general level of digital competence, as well as the formation of practical skills and skills for the effective use of the functionality of the personal HRMIS account in professional activities.
