A new section has appeared in Diia within the framework of the “eRecovery” program

In the “Action” application, within the framework of the “eRecovery” program, a new section – “Payment for construction” – became operational. About this reported “Diya” press service.

“If your house was destroyed as a result of hostilities, you can build a new one on your own plot of land and receive state compensation within the framework of the “eRecovery” program, says the message.

The service is available to persons who have lost their private housing due to hostilities and have land for development. Construction is allowed only on the territory controlled by Ukraine, where no active hostilities are taking place.

To receive compensation, you must:

  1. Submit an application for compensation through “Diya” or at TsNAP. After review, a compensation amount will be assigned, which will be displayed in the application.
  2. Register a notification about the start of construction works through the “Diya” portal or in TsNAP.
  3. After calculating the compensation, cancel the right of ownership of the destroyed housing.
  4. Submit an application for payment through the “Action” application: Services → isRecovery → Payment for construction.

It is also necessary to update the bank details and select the construction object, according to the previously submitted notification.

The payment comes in two stages of 50%. The first part should be used for at least 90% and the expenses should be confirmed through “Action”. This stage must be completed in 18 months. Full utilization of funds must occur within 36 months from the moment of receipt of the first transfer, otherwise unused funds will be returned to the state.

We would like to remind you that through “Diya” you can also submit an application to the Register of Damages regarding compensation for moral damages in the event of the disappearance of a family member. In addition, from February 24, 2022, citizens affected by Russian aggression can submit six more types of claims for compensation to the international Registry of Damages.
