The National Police of Ukraine has launched a large-scale special operation aimed at blocking illegal channels for transporting men of military age abroad. More than 600 searches are being conducted simultaneously in several regions of the country. About this reported in the press service of the National Police.
“More than 600 simultaneous searches are carried out by operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations and investigators of the National Police. And this is only the first stage of a special operation to block the channels for the export of men of draft age abroad.” – the message says.
The investigation concerns organizers and members of criminal groups who help men avoid mobilization by crossing the border outside official checkpoints.
“We are talking about organizers and members of groups that help men cross the border by bypassing official checkpoints. According to available data, the sections helped hundreds of conscripts cross the border using these routes. The measures are ongoing in all regions of Ukraine.”, – the National Police explained.
We will remind you that earlier in the west and south of Ukraine, the SBU together with the National Police eliminated mobilization evasion schemes. As a result, six organizers involved in these offenses were arrested.
