A woman died as a result of a Russian attack in Beryslav

On December 16, the Russian military launched an attack on a civilian object in the city of Berislav, Kherson region. By information According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, around 10:00 an explosive device was dropped on a local store from an unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result, a 53-year-old woman who was in the epicenter of the explosion died.
“According to the investigation, on December 16, around 10:00 a.m., servicemen of the Russian army dropped explosives from an unmanned aerial vehicle on a shop in Berislav, Kherson region”, says the message.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office has already started a pre-trial investigation of this incident, classifying it as a war crime that caused the death of a person. Law enforcement officers are collecting evidence in order to bring the culprits to justice.
In the meantime, the local authorities call on the residents of the region to be as careful as possible and to avoid being in places of mass gathering of people, which could become a target for Russian attacks.
