Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food announced on the launch of the first stage of the electronic service of early notification regarding the use of plant protection products – “E-Beekeeping”.
As the ministry informed, this service is designed to help beekeepers to protect bees from poisoning and to facilitate the organization of controlled bee pollination.
The new system will provide farmers with the opportunity to keep a log of the treatment of land plots with plant protection products, submit applications for the search for beekeepers to place apiaries, choose among those who offer their services, determine periods and territories for planned processing, as well as inform beekeepers whose apiaries are located within a radius of 8 kilometers from the cultivated plots.
Beekeepers, in turn, will be able to integrate the DAR platform with the register of beekeepers, indicate the geolocation of the apiary, leave feedback on applications from agrarians, submit requests to search for farms that need pollination, and also choose the types of crops grown and the corresponding land plots.
The new electronic service is fully synchronized with other digital systems, including apiary and pesticide registers.
